Embracing Diversity in Chaplaincy

Diversity and inclusion are fundamental principles in chaplaincy, encompassing individuals from various social and ethnic backgrounds, genders, ages, and nationalities. As chaplains, our mission is to embrace people as they are, without imposing our own faith agenda. We are devoted servants of the Most High God, and His agenda revolves around love for others.

Our ministry is centered on exemplifying His love, and it extends to considerations such as race, gender, and other factors, including vaccination status. While we acknowledge that certain ministry venues may require vaccination, we must accept this as a factual reality and incorporate it when selecting where to serve as chaplains. By embracing diversity and acknowledging the evolving landscape, we strive to fulfill our calling faithfully.

OUR MISSION

Our philosophy is that every reverend, minister, denominational clergyman must have a chaplain covering & specific training in chaplaincy to be effective outside the four walls of the church. Chaplains, as pastors of the un-churched, minister in every area of secular society without representing any church of denomination.  The differences between ministering in a church setting & in secular society at large are profound. It is our burning desire to train & equip those called by His Name to navigate these special dynamics of chaplaincy “For Such A Time As This.”
